New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Redbridge’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Tea Break, at 49 Perth Road, Gants Hill was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on October 30.

And Wanstead Park Kiosk, at Wanstead Park, Warren Road, Wanstead was given a score of three on October 30.

It means that of Redbridge's 359 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 222 (62%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
