New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Redbridge’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Bombay Pan Chowpatty, at 142 Ilford Lane, Ilford was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on March 14.

And Capos desserts, at 4 Cameron Road, Seven Kings was also given a score of four on September 26.

It means that of Redbridge's 238 takeaways with ratings, 125 (53%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
