• Rated 5: Golden Spoon at 4 Broadway Market, Fencepiece Road, Ilford; rated on November 11

• Rated 4: Jamaica Blue at 65 The Exchange, High Road, Ilford; rated on August 1

Pubs, bars and nightclubs

And one rating has been handed to a pub, bar or nightclub:

• Rated 5: The Eva Hart Public House at 1128 High Road, Chadwell Heath; rated on October 28
