Mr P Taste Of Home, a takeaway at 45 Queens Market, Upton Park, London was given the score after assessment on March 7, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Newham's 320 takeaways with ratings, 133 (42%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
