Spice Villa, a takeaway at Unit 1 And 2, Ithaca House, 27 Romford Road, Stratford was given the score after assessment on September 29, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Newham's 314 takeaways with ratings, 123 (39%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
