Raj GateTandoori / Royal Dock Tandoori, a takeaway at 369 Prince Regent Lane, West Beckton, London was given the score after assessment on September 15, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Newham's 316 takeaways with ratings, 122 (39%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
