The Burgrill Co, a takeaway at 401 Katherine Road, Forest Gate, London was given the score after assessment on August 1, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Newham's 326 takeaways with ratings, 122 (37%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
