Lins Fish Bar & Chinese Takeaway, a takeaway at 341 Prince Regent Lane, West Beckton, London was given the score after assessment on July 2, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Newham's 321 takeaways with ratings, 119 (37%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
