A Newham takeaway has been handed a new two-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Savory Shawarma House, a takeaway at 7 - 9 West Ham Lane, Stratford, London was given the score after assessment on March 9, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Newham's 322 takeaways with ratings, 116 (36%) have ratings of five and just four have zero ratings.
