Sushi Katana, a takeaway at Ground Floor, 203 Freemasons Road, Canning Town, London was given the maximum score after assessment on October 26, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Newham's 314 takeaways with ratings, 123 (39%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
