A Newham takeaway has been handed a new three-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Hot Scotch, a takeaway at Unit M5, 49 - 51 The Mall, Stratford, London was given the score after assessment on July 18, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Newham's 336 takeaways with ratings, 144 (43%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
