Top Chef, a takeaway at 32 West Ham Lane, Stratford, London was given the score after assessment on October 6, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Newham's 313 takeaways with ratings, 123 (39%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
