Pizza On Demand (Plaistow) Red Pepper, a takeaway at 8 Prince Regent Lane, Plaistow, London was given the score after assessment on September 7, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Newham's 316 takeaways with ratings, 123 (39%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
