Royal Wharf Fish & Chips, a takeaway at 7a Royal Crest Avenue, Silvertown, London was given the score after assessment on August 24, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Newham's 319 takeaways with ratings, 122 (38%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
