Kar Woo, a takeaway at 14 - 16 St Georges Road, Forest Gate, London was given the score after assessment on September 9, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Newham's 318 takeaways with ratings, 123 (39%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
