Royal, a takeaway at 61 Vicarage Lane, Stratford, London was given the score after assessment on June 29, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Newham's 320 takeaways with ratings, 119 (37%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
