Sake Sushi/Poke Express, a takeaway at 29 Upton Lane, Forest Gate, London was given the maximum score after assessment on August 8, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Newham's 322 takeaways with ratings, 120 (37%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
