A Newham restaurant has been handed a new three-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Istanbul Restaurant, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 753 Romford Road, Manor Park, London was given the score after assessment on January 3, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Newham's 615 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 377 (61%) have ratings of five and just five have zero ratings.
