A Newham restaurant has been handed a new two-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Applecartlive Ltd, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Passmore Edwards Building, 207 Plashet Grove, East Ham, London was given the score after assessment on September 25, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Newham's 598 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 369 (62%) have ratings of five and just seven have zero ratings.
