A Newham restaurant has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Meydan Sofrasi, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 67 Barking Road, Canning Town, London was given the score after assessment on March 15, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Newham's 582 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 351 (60%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
