Rions Lebanese Restaurant, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 301 Barking Road, East Ham, London was given the score after assessment on September 28, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Newham's 574 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 322 (56%) have ratings of five and just four have zero ratings.
