The Ottoman Doner, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 626 Romford Road, Manor Park, London was given the score after assessment on December 4, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Newham's 612 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 370 (60%) have ratings of five and just six have zero ratings.
