A Newham restaurant has been handed a new two-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Vegetarian Pound Foods, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 4-6 Carlton Terrace, Green Street, Forest Gate, London was given the score after assessment on September 8, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Newham's 595 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 368 (62%) have ratings of five and just five have zero ratings.
