Italian Caffe, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 723 Romford Road, Manor Park, London was given the score after assessment on September 11, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Newham's 575 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 323 (56%) have ratings of five and just four have zero ratings.
