Newham restaurant given new food hygiene rating

A Newham restaurant has been handed a new one-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Vegetarian Pound Foods, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 4-6 Carlton Terrace, Green Street, Forest Gate, London was given the score after assessment on August 22, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Newham's 574 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 320 (56%) have ratings of five and just four have zero ratings.
