Samrat Tandoori Restaurant, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 320 - 322 Barking Road, Plaistow, London was given the score after assessment on June 24, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Newham's 573 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 319 (56%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
