Kaspas, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 88 Upton Lane, Forest Gate, London was given the maximum score after assessment on August 22, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Newham's 576 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 321 (56%) have ratings of five and just four have zero ratings.
