A Newham drinking establishment has been handed a new five-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

The Golden Grove, a pub, bar or nightclub at Golden Grove Public House, 146-148 The Grove, Stratford, London was given the maximum score after assessment on May 24, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Newham's 59 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 38 have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
