New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Newham’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Marina Grill And Restaurant, at Unit 4a, Excel Marina, Canning Town, London was handed a two-out-of-five rating after assessment on June 23.

And Dhalchi, at 3 Albert Road, North Woolwich, London was given a score of one on June 23.

It means that of Newham's 587 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 362 (62%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
