Charcoal Restaurant, at 279 Prince Regent Lane, Plaistow, London was handed a five-out-of-five rating after assessment on October 5.

And Himalaya, at 9 - 10 Carlton Terrace, Green Street, Forest Gate, London was given a score of two on September 6.

It means that of Newham's 575 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 323 (56%) have ratings of five and just four have zero ratings.
