Tap East, a pub, bar or nightclub at 7 International Square, Westfield Stratford City, Montfichet Road, London was handed a one-out-of-five rating after assessment on August 12.

And Pinoybites, a takeaway at 369 High Street, Stratford, London was given a score of zero on August 12.
