• Rated 1: Japanese Kitchen/Masamune Sushi/Bow Japanese/Sushi Canning T at 62 Hermit Road, Canning Town, London; rated on August 21

It means that of Newham's 329 similar establishments with ratings, 147 (45%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
