Bobashop Ltd, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 88b Upton Lane, Forest Gate, London was handed a five-out-of-five rating after assessment on July 20.
And Nanna Biryani, a takeaway at 181 Plashet Road, Plaistow, London was given a score of two on June 16.
