Fat Chaps, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 121 Plaistow Road, Stratford, London was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on January 20.
And New Dallas Ltd, a takeaway at 157 Barking Road, Canning Town, London was given a score of two on January 20.
