A pair of social care services have been found to be 'good'.

The Care Quality Commission gives ratings to care providers and other organisations across England. It rates how well the service is performing against various criteria – with overall rankings ranging from 'outstanding' to 'inadequate'.

Information from the CQC reveals two services in Newham have received ratings from the start of September.

Metro Homecare Ltd was awarded a 'good' rating after an inspection on May 15. The rating was published on September 8.

On September 21, Rainbow Homecare Limited was also judged to be 'good'. The service had last been inspected on August 8.

A service is given a 'good' rating when it is judged to be performing well against the CQC's criteria.
