Bad news as food hygiene ratings handed to two Newham takeaways

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Newham’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s bad news for them both.

Chicago 30, at 369 Katherine Road, Forest Gate, London was handed a zero-out-of-five rating after assessment on July 5.

And Flavor Pizza And Chicken, at 369 Katherine Road, Forest Gate, London was also given a score of zero on July 5.

It means that of Newham's 323 takeaways with ratings, 119 (37%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
