BFC Fried Chicken & Kebabs, a takeaway at Shop, 32 Christchurch Road, Colliers Wood, London was given the score after assessment on February 6, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Merton's 111 takeaways with ratings, 67 (60%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
