Exce's, a takeaway at 1e Seely Road, Tooting, London was given the maximum score after assessment on September 13, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Merton's 123 takeaways with ratings, 72 (59%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
