Kenitos Piri Piri, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 6 Morden Court Parade, London Road, Morden was given the score after assessment on October 13, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Merton's 486 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 371 (76%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
