AK Kitchen, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 31 Monarch Parade, London Road, Mitcham was given the score after assessment on August 2, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Merton's 470 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 358 (76%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
