Canons Cafe, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Canons House, 19 Madeira Road, Mitcham was given the score after assessment on August 11, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Merton's 471 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 357 (76%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
