Blue Diamond Lower Morden Garden Centre, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Garden Centre, Lower Morden Lane, Morden was given the score after assessment on August 9, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Merton's 470 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 357 (76%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
