The Bridge Cafe, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 29 West Barnes Lane, London was given the score after assessment on July 4, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Merton's 467 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 357 (76%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
