A Merton drinking establishment has been handed a new two-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Wimbledon Rugby Club, a pub, bar or nightclub at Barham Road, Wimbledon was given the score after assessment on April 4, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Merton's 72 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 56 have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
