New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Merton’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Adcheya Restaurant, at 164 Merton High Street, Colliers Wood, London was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on December 20.

And Bombay Spice, at 30 London Road, Tooting, London was given a score of three on December 20.

It means that of Merton's 489 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 392 (80%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
