A Lewisham takeaway has been handed a new two-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Pizza Americanos, a takeaway at Sam Roosters Pizza Americanos Se Super Grill, 114 Hither Green Lane, Hither Green, London was given the score after assessment on January 9, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Lewisham's 342 takeaways with ratings, 136 (40%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
