A Lewisham takeaway has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

A Lewisham takeaway has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Chinese Noodle Bar, a takeaway at 176 New Cross Road, London was given the score after assessment on July 12, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Lewisham's 338 takeaways with ratings, 143 (42%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
