A Lewisham takeaway has been handed a new zero-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Bejing Chinese Restaurant, a takeaway at 318 Lewisham High Street, Hither Green, London was given the minimum score after assessment on February 2, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Lewisham's 352 takeaways with ratings, 139 (39%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
