A Lewisham takeaway has been handed a new three-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Tams Kebab, a takeaway at 350 Verdant Lane, London was given the score after assessment on November 24, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Lewisham's 346 takeaways with ratings, 123 (36%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
