Curry Cottage / Sushi Cottage, a takeaway at 284 Sangley Road, Catford, London was given the score after assessment on August 2, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Lewisham's 355 takeaways with ratings, 117 (33%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
